Responsibilities:
Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance,data migrationand projectreviews
Work collaboratively withinternal and clientproject teamsto configurebase NetSuite functionality, customizations andthird partyintegrations
Assist in requirementsgatheringsessions with clients to map business processes and requirements tosolutions
Work with implementation team to assess the current state of clients existing systems, business processes andchallenges;factorinto NetSuite solution design &suggestedbusiness processimprovements
Workalongside the projectleadto implement process improvements with systematicsolutions
Work with implementation team tocreate and execute testing scenarios inNetSuite
Assist withdata migration fromexisting systems toNetSuite
Train end users on how to effectively useNetSuite'sfeatureswithin the context of their dailyjobs
Work with end users to identify, define and create customized reports, dashboards andKPI's
Providesupport for client issues and questions, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providingresolution
Work across multiple time zones and occasionallyoutsideoffice hours
Maintaincuriosityin understandingclientneeds; begin learning about RSM's additionalservices and how tospot potential opportunitiesthat will bring additional value toclients

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration,Accounting,Manufacturing &Supply ChainManagement,Computer Science, Management Information Systemsor relatedfieldrequired
Ability to travel 10-30%
A minimum 3.0 GPA ispreferred

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projectssimultaneously
Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of thefirm
Strong conceptual, analytical andproblem-solvingskills
Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills
Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in businessterms
