Job Title: Food Scientist
Job Description
Join our team as a Food Scientist, where you will play a pivotal role in the formulation and development of new bakery products, ensuring top-notch taste, texture, and quality. Your responsibilities will include leading projects from the initial concept through to production, troubleshooting manufacturing operations, and staying ahead with the latest advancements in bakery science. You will analyze ingredient effects, collaborate on quality control, address production-related quality issues, and lead creation and validation of formulations. This role also involves managing new product projects, conducting consumer tests, leading sensory evaluations, and providing support to cross-functional teams. You will foster an innovation culture, facilitate quality improvements, and collaborate extensively with various teams to enhance product solutions. International travel may be required as business necessitates.
Hard Skills
+ 1-3 years experience as a Food Scientist and 5 years experience in R&D
