Role Snapshot
As a Senior OnBase Business Analyst, you will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise in gathering business requirements and translating them into the proper analytical solution for a team of analysts and data scientists. You will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision making and a higher level of data acumen for WPS.
Possess effective communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally and effectively with staff, management, vendors, and other stakeholders. Able to influence others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. Able to effectively explain technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
Enjoy building something new: You want to play an active role in evolving financial systems team, collaborating with senior team members and other IT teams. You have a passion for assessing current processes and identifying potential system enhancements to improve customer use of financial data.

Minimum Qualifications
US. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
3 or more years of related work experience in the information systems field, including technical support, content management, administration of network applications or system analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Able to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized. Able to resolve difficult situations and problems.
Experience working closely with highly functional Agile Scrum teams.
Hyland OnBase software lifecycle.
Software application support.
Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) certifications desired.
Salary Range
$90,000 - $114,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside of this range.
