In this role, you will collaborate with leaders and teams across the Spend Management Business Unit (SMBU) to establish the infrastructure required to execute key strategic initiatives and priorities to accelerate performance. You will lead performance improvement initiatives and structure to develop and implement automation, process standardization, efficiencies, and insights solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
Partners with SVP, Transformation & Operations and other members of SMBU senior leadership team to develop optimal operating models that create member value, role clarity, operational efficiency, and enable team member satisfaction.
Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Leads the Project Management Office (PMO) team in providing project management resources and discipline to the Spend Management business unit (SMBU).
Drives a performance management culture across Spend Management by developing and implementing operational guidelines, standard practices, and performance metrics, as well as guiding corrective action as needed.
Strategically leads planning, project management, program development and management efforts associated with initiatives and integrations across SMBU.
Drives organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
Partners and collaborates across SMBU to identify, challenge and reengineer existing processes to achieve improved outcomes, scalability, efficiency and accountability.
Collaborates with Spend Management Category leadership and Delivery team to ensure organizational agility as related to integrations and future opportunities for growth.
Collaborates across SMBU and provide leadership and oversight for M&A integration with shared, cross-functional, governance structure.
Qualifications:
10 years healthcare provider or supply chain experience
10 years formal people leadership, preferably in a senior level leadership capacity
Program development (not just management)
Experience working in matrixed / highly cross-functional organizations and teams
Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $328,600.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
