This position's purpose is to support the Corporate Relations team as designated by the Director of the Corporate Relations team. Support activities include working with Corporate Members to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of benefits-related information and providing administrative support and back-up for the Director, Corporate including direct coordination of regular and ad hoc conference calls, also action items and responding as necessary to requests for information and support.
Primary Accountabilities:
Supports development of Corporate Member reports for tracking Corporate Membership and identifying trends (analytics).
Designated Salesforce/Fonteva SME (subject matter expert) - assists Corporate Relations team with data entry guidelines so that extensive data reports can be quickly and easily accessed/understood.
Identify, build and nurture strategic relationships with HIMSS Corporate Members (Healthcare Market Suppliers, ie. vendors) through multiple communication channels (virtual/in-person).
Interact daily with Corporate Members to answer questions, requests, provide information on benefits, follow up on issues, etc. Identify, investigate and resolve any issues or concerns.
Responds to internal public folder update requests within two business days.
Ensures that all Corporate Members have an accurate accounting of their individual members, processing client's and team's requests to add/remove/update.
Assists with the management of the Corporate Connection e-news quarterly.
Contributes to the development of Corporate Membership marketing campaigns.
Responsible for new Corporate Member onboarding process, including scheduling initial membership orientation with respective account owner, and subsequent follow-up benefits reviews calls.
Contributes to the development/logistics/facilitation of annual Corporate Member webinars.
Responsible for creating quarterly report of individual members within Corporate Membership utilizing CRM software (Fonteva).
Daily management/tracking of Corporate Member engagement activities, with monthly reporting on a Corporate Member Rewards Program.
Global Conference support via Microsoft Access software in managing database information daily (pre/during/post).
Responsible for aligning the entire Corporate Relations team with monthly analytics Corporate Membership reports.
Serve as a Salesforce Governance Committee Member
Monitors Finance's Daily Revenue report to ensure new Corporate Members receive the designated New Member Onboarding communications, also completing the appropriate data entry into the various software programs (Salesforce/Fonteva).
Performs other related duties as required/assigned that contribute to the success of the team.
All duties as assigned to achieve HIMSS Corporate Relations goals and objectives. 

 


What you will need to be successful:

 

Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
A minimum of two (2) years of progressive work assignments in a related job at the professional level.
Ability to act independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing/sales principles, planning & project management.
Analytical experience and working knowledge of budgeting/financial models.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate internal resources to meet Corporate Member needs and deliver benefits in a timely fashion.
IT experience desired.
Very proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Fonteva) and PC based applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
