As an Associate Director of Specialty Pharmacy Channel Management, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep Pharmacy portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. You will have responsibility for the management of Baxter Pharmacy relationships in the wholesaler/distributor channel. This customer facing role partners with key Trading Partner decision makers, including; purchasing, supply chain, marketing, sales, supplier relations, inventory/logistics and contract administration to identify and influence revenue generating Pharma opportunities within the channel. This role will be accountable for $847m revenue by ensuring all new launch product pricing is properly loaded at the wholesaler prior to product entry into the market to ensure hospitals have access to ordering and receiving all new products. This role will be accountable for maintaining and growing revenue opportunity in the wholesaler channel. This role reports to the VP of Sales, US Pharmaceuticals. What you'll be doing:
Negotiating and implementing highly complex Distribution, Fee For Service and Secondary Contracts
Managing new product launches, recalls and allocations through the channel
Being responsible for stocking allowances, inventory planning, pricing negotiation and pricing execution
Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and drive new distribution programs through trading partners and their affiliates for Pharma I.V. Medications
Acting as key contact/liaison for field sales, marketing, finance, channel operations and supply chain for wholesaler/distributor related issues
Working closely with Territory Managers, customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Preparing annual forecasts and participating in the determination of market potential
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as the IDN Team with major accounts within the channel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conferring with immediate superior and marketing personnel in the development of marketing policy, recommending product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes
Implementing market-based pricing strategy and applying lean concepts to commercial processes

What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, with 10+ years of healthcare experience
Contract negotiations experience is essential
Wholesaler/Distributor experience is preferred
Must be adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills and experienced in leading and inspiring change
Proven leadership, solid operational experience and risk taking are critical to this role.
Ability to influence all levels of management both internal and external.
Managing conflicting priorities within a highly matrixed environment is essential.
Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies and good organization/time management skills
Travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel
