Description: Reporting to the Athletic Director, the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance, Student Services, and NIL, oversees all aspects of the department's NCAA compliance processes, student athlete services, and facilitates the Name, Image, Likeness program. Working independently, under general supervision, the Senior Associate Athletic Director provides leadership in ensuring integrity, institutional control and compliance with NCAA, affiliated conference, and institutional regulations.
This position work closely with the institution's financial aid office, registrar's office, bursar's office, and other university entities to ensure processes demonstrating institutional control are implemented.
The Senior Associate Athletic Director will lead the University's efforts in Name, Image and Likeness and strategically plan the adoption and compliance of the emerging NIL market.
Additionally, the Senior Associate Athletic Director serves as a member of the Athletics Department senior leadership team and advises the university Chancellor on pertinent NCAA mandates and issues.
Finally, the Senior Associate Athletic Director will have sports administration oversight of a few intercollegiate athletic sports programs.
