Infosys is seeking an Automation SDET with Selenium and Java Experience
As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
- Experience in designing and implementing various automation frameworks across multiple client organizations
- Design and implement test automation solutions/ strategies to achieve optimization, reduce cycle time and to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Experience in In Sprint and End to End automation and Agile Methodology
- Design and build DevOps pipeline for new programs.
- Experienced in Mobile Testing, Microservices / API and Browser Compatibility Testing and automation of Microservices / API and Browser Compatibility Testing.

- BDD Cucumber / TestNG
- LeanFT, HP UFT (Optional)
- Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, GIT
- HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Zephyr
- Strong coding skills in Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven and good to have experience in one more tool like UFT, etc.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong framework knowledge and experience in writing re-usable methods/library
- Strong in providing technical solution and solving automation issues and challenges
- Good to have one API automation tool exposure (optional)
- Good to have mobile automation experience (optional)
- Effective team handling and good communication skills
- Good soft skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- Mainframe basics
- Data testing experience (ETL/Datawarehouse/Data migration testing)
- Domain experience in investment banking products and corporate action
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
