The Supply Chain Analyst & Planner will be responsible for process Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders for direct materials including fixation of metal. Maintain a good relationship with established supplier base and be the main contact for all established direct material suppliers. Analyze consumption of materials and forecast such. Ensure proper inventory levels for tubes and boxes. Correct inventory where necessary. Create and schedule production orders for production to achieve and maintain excellent On-Time Performance, maximizing yield and minimizing scrap. Communicate updates to sales, production, and supplier base.

 


Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers, internal and external
Create and maintain internal bill of materials and routings to ensure customer specifications
Create and plan production orders based on internal capacity and S&OP Process
Process, create and track Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders comparing demand vs. raw
Material inventory vs. finished goods, Including metal fixation.
Identify and verify discrepancies while maintaining accuracy in inventory
Execute inventory control tasks and material movements in SAP
Owns the creation and updating of internal reporting systems
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of Value Streams and ability to think in processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI)
Experience in using analytics/business intelligence software is a plus
Proficient in using SAP (ERP System)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written
Proven ability prioritizing when dealing with multiple tasks
Must be able to analyze and problem solve situations relating to duties associated with responsibilities
Ability to work independently
