Job Description
The Cage & Player Services Clerk provides superior customer service by efficiently gathering and processing customer credit data, answering customer questions, supporting the department management team, and organizing and maintaining departmental files/records. Individuals need to maintain a consistently professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor when interacting with both customers and team members.
- Process credit applications in compliance with Wind Creek’s standard operating procedures, Internal Controls, & IGB Regulations
- Assist patrons with credit applications, phone inquiries, and tax documentation
- Updates and processes credit data and gaming reports while maintaining the confidentiality of credit files
- Provides credit information to inquiring casinos upon request
- Maintains and files a variety of Player Services department financial correspondence and records
- Provides administrative and or hands on support to Player Services department
- Develop a working knowledge of any IGB rules, regulations and Internal Controls applicable to this position
- Complete all paperwork in accordance with IGB and approved Wind Creek standards
- Provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner
- Maintains strict adherence to the department policies and procedures, and a strong knowledge of Title 31 requirements
