Job Description

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencies as it relates to SBA Acquisition Group (DBA Switchboard Apparatus, Inc.) processes. Assist with the development of strategy, determine, recommend and/or implement corrective actions and procedural changes to improve processes. Developing and implementing process excellence strategy consistent with business and operating models; leading improvement initiatives by enlisting and influencing cross-functional teams that deliver tangible business results; developing organizational capabilities to institutionalize the Continuous Improvement Processes, methodologies, and tools; developing and implement Business Success KPIs and manage process of building and reporting scorecards and dashboards; incorporating customers’ requirements in developing and driving process improvements to meet and exceed customer requirements; driving associates’ engagement and develop Lean and Six Sigma capabilities through coaching and mentoring; leading a cross-functional team to advance the transformational priorities that will accelerate the organization’s targeted time to market and productivity milestones; developing and implementing a culture of Continuous Improvement Process and build a process of root cause analysis and preventive measure; developing SMEs in all functional areas to develop and prioritize business excellence improvement projects; evaluating and improving overall business excellence progress (Cost, Quality, Cycle Time and Operational Excellence); energize teams and stakeholders, collect data, conduct diagnostic analysis, identify opportunities that positively impact quality, cost, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction; collaborating and engage cross functional members at all levels of the organization and execute initiatives that will drive quantifiable improvements; developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, communicate and engage these groups in support of project execution; developing and implementing quality management system that can achieve internal and external required qualifications and certifications, i.e.: ISO 9001, UL and others; developing and implementing robust documentation processes to maintain the document integrity with ease of access and use.
