The Razorfish Strategy and Performance team is looking for a GVP Connections Strategist who brings expertise in helping brands better connect with their customers in direct and addressable channels across the complete customer lifecycle. With a strong CRM background, the GVP, Connections Strategist should understand consumer behavior and context, and be able to develop and orchestrate strategic communications and enhance CRM program capabilities.
This person should have solid business intuition, a collaborative spirit, and experience in driving growth for clients through CRM and integrated customer engagement. They will be responsible for creating strategies that increase our clients' relationships with their customers by working at the intersection of Customer Engagement, Business, Technology, Big Data, and Content. In addition to addressable/owned channels, the ideal candidate should be familiar with the addressable paid media environment and opportunities to orchestrate and end-to-end consumer experiences across channels (e.g., social, search, programmatic OLA/OLV, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Create CRM strategies and models to enable or support the growth of our clients' business
Understand our clients' strategic priorities, challenges, and identify and steward growth opportunities through incremental program proposals and proactive strategy recommendations to client stakeholders
Develop direct collaborative working relationships with key client stakeholders and regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of the clients' category and unique business dynamics within the category
Lead the strategy for new business pitches
Contribute to Marketing and Demand Generation whether through writing thought leadership, supporting marketing events, speaking at industry events or other methods
Lead the use of data and analytics for decision making and measuring CRM effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior from both first-party data sources and analyses as well as third-party research
Manage, guide and mentor junior and mid-level strategists and ensure that teams are motivated and retained by giving them opportunities to expand and grow on new, interesting projectsQualifications
As a guide, 15 years of demonstrated excellence in CRM, direct marketing or customer engagement strategy, within consulting or agency environments
A proven leader and relationship builder with an authoritative presence and confident communication and presentation style with executive-level clients and will be easily accessible to all levels of the agency and client... For full info follow application link.
