Job Title: Cleaning Specialist
Location: Assembly
Shift: 2nd Shift

Summary of Objective:
Performs major clean duties which result in successfully performing validated cleaning processes and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

Perform major clean duties on machines equipment, tooling and PAPR. Ensures the machine is free of product debris from previous production run. Completes and maintains cleaning log Reads, understands and communicates information contained in Batch Records and W.O. jackets. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP and GCP policies procedures and rules Attendance to work is an essential function of this position. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor

Communicate or exchange information: From 1/2 to 3/4 of the day.
Detect, distinguish, or determine: Up to 1/4 of the day.

On an average day, the individual can expect to move and/or transport up to 50 pounds
less than 1/4 of the day.

Required:
Skills testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
Basic Mathematical Skills

Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.
Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.
