Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Specialist ensures a positive and seamless journey for our farmer customers, understanding their product and service needs, providing support, and gathering feedback to continually enhance the overall customer experience.
Accountabilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing farmer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Advocate for farmers and contribute to an improved customer experience by providing actionable feedback and solutions to internal partners. Act as a champion for customer service excellence and operational best practices by driving process improvements, standardization, and efficiency.
Train and guide customers on digital tools utilization and services to meet their needs and achieve their goals.
Address complex farmer issues in real time via phone/email, leveraging critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to ensure a seamless and satisfactory resolution.
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of sales programs and policies to effectively respond to farmers' inquiries and provide pertinent information.
Proactively anticipate and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targeted goals for key business initiatives, and develop reports to communicate progress across the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field, OR 3+ years' experience in a customer service, account management, or customer success role
Demonstrable experience in customer-facing role
Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce, SAP)
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; calm under pressure
Solution/results-oriented
Adaptable to changing business priorities and customer demands
Strong prioritization and time management capabilities
Critical thinking/Analysis skills
Domestic travel 5-10%
