Job Description

  Our client is looking for a remote event coordinator to help with pre-registration coordination for their early December Leadership Conference.

The role will be 10-20 hours a week from July 22-Dec 5.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Collecting information like who is going, confirming sponsors, prepping save the dates, registration, agendas
- Reaching out if key people havent registered or provide off data (like wrong travel dates)
- Answering basic questions that come in
- Record keeping - collecting and sorting answers from registration surverys: ex: arrival dates, shirt sizes, food allergies, master room list

The ideal Event Coordinator will have:
- Experience coordinating in person events
- Excel experience
