You will join one of the largest transformations within Mondelez, ensuring successful implementation of new SAP S/4 HANA and o9 information systems.

The S4 / o9 Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Post executive review MDLZ will proceed with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

You will oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects under the S/4HANA program. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).

Job Responsibilities

+ Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.

+ Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.

+ Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live.

+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed.

+ Identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary

+ Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings.

+ Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live

+ Communicate program-level reporting and status updates.

+ Develop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization.

+ Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery.

What You Will Bring to the Role

+ Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets.

+ Functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules, project delivery, and PMO governance best practice.

+ Proven track record in delivering S/4HANA projects in a global enterprise.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.

+ Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.

+ Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making

+ Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.

+ Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.

+ Affinity with systems and system implementations.

+ Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working.

+ Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building.

+ Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communications in English with exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication in a professional business environment.

Required Experience :

+ 10+ years of Program Management experience and 4+ years of SAP implementation Project Management experience

Education/Certifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree required.

+ Certifications relevant to project management are strongly preferred.

Travel requirements

+ Limited travel up to 20%
