This role will develop and drive customer-centric technology enablement for both new and existing products. Refine implementation, user experience, and adoption processes for our clients while working with Sales, Business, and Technology teams to professionalize the overall delivery of our solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Serve as the client advocate and develop lasting relationships
+ Improve client interactions at all touch points through the delivery lifecycle
+ Establish and drive implementation of best practices
+ Identify process improvement areas and coordinate adoption
+ Contribute to product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products
+ Understand the client’s vision and define project scopeand requirements
+ Proactive communication and oversight of project – including status, changes, scheduling and quality by working with departments across the SitusAMC Technology Organization
+ Manage, implement, and support major system enhancements by establishing appropriate change management procedures, identifying scope changes, and coordinating multi service strategies and issues
+ Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 8+ related experience and/or training

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$150,000.00 – $175,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
