Job Description

As an Account Executive (AE) on the Chicago Region Toyota Dealer Association (TDA) , you will work closely with the Regional TDA Account Management and Media Planning Teams.

This position will assist with various Client Service and Media duties in support of the Saatchi Chicago Account Management team & the Chicago Media team.

Roles and Responsibilities Include:

+ Attends client, internal and partner status meetings.

+ Assists Account Supervisor and Management Director with various client deliverables.

+ Assists Management Director with Client meeting preparation including booking meeting space and planning client functions.

+ Assists Media team with miscellaneous projects and media plan upkeep.

+ Assists Management Supervisor with client financial responsibilities.

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ High degree of Professionalism, strong focus on accuracy, very high attention to detail and timeliness is a must.

+ Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

+ Analytic and strategic skills, communication, excellent oral and written skills, presentation skills needed.

+ Must assume a high level of enthusiasm and an interest in furthering a career in advertising.

+ 2-3+ years agency or client account service experience

+ Position will be hybrid with in-office time required.

+ Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Keynote is a plus.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ The position will require the AE to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations.

+ Some client contact will eventually be involved, and an understanding of the Client’s business is essential.

+ The AE post will require extensive proficiency in the use of computers and specific software and have a strong eye for details.
