Job Description

Description We are seeking a Program Manager for Quality/Clinical/Regulatory Affairs in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin region. This role straddles the healthcare and regulatory industry and will require the ability to work in a hybrid workplace. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex compliance initiatives across various business units and functions on a global scale. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Implement strategies and priorities to provide project planning and leadership based on the overall program.

- Communicate with all functions and levels of management to ensure effective ongoing updates on priorities and progress aligned with agreed plans.

- Drive execution to the plans by monitoring and controlling all aspects of the work.

- Collaborate with project leads and the program manager to define teams, milestones, and resource the project accordingly.

- Ensure identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan, and proactive management of risk response strategies.

- Escalate delays and risks related to capital projects associated with the program as needed.

- Manage potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and to result in win-win outcomes.

- Enhance business results through continuous improvement in the organization’s ability to execute programs from identification through implementation.

- Work within the guidelines of project management standard performance metrics and regulatory guidelines to apply best practice Project Management skills and standards such as PMBOK. Requirements – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

- Demonstrated experience in Operations, Planning, and Compliance in a clinical or regulatory environment.

- Proven track record in Quality, Project Management, and Implementation, preferably in a similar industry.

- Familiarity with Planning Processes and ability to execute plans effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

- Leadership skills and the ability to oversee the work of others and guide them towards achieving project goals.

- Knowledge of Regulation and Compliance within the clinical/quality/regulatory affairs scope.

- Experience with Clinical Trial Operations and understanding of related processes.

- Proficiency in using Monitoring Tools for tracking project progress and maintaining quality standards.

- Understanding of Capital Management and its role in project planning and execution.

- Experience in KPI Reporting and ability to interpret and communicate the data effectively.

- Familiarity with Manufacturing processes and standards in the quality/clinical/regulatory affairs domain.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a Business Unit and contribute to its objectives.

- Experience in Project Planning and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Medical Coverage knowledge, preferably within a quality/clinical/regulatory affairs context.

- Proficiency in software About Time for time tracking and project management.

- Willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
