Job Description

Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in WHEELING, Illinois. This role involves leveraging your skills in ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), Accounting Functions, Finance, Treasury Activities, and Commissions Accounting in the financial industry. You will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing financial data and providing forecasting support.

- Utilizing ERP Solutions for financial planning and management.

- Performing Accounting Functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Managing Great Plains (GPAC) to streamline financial processes.

- Overseeing Treasury Activities to optimize financial resources.

- Conducting Commissions Accounting to ensure accurate and fair compensation.

- Collaborating with other teams to support financial decision-making processes.

- Identifying potential areas of financial improvement and providing recommendations.

- Supporting the development of financial reports for management decision making.

- Contributing to financial projects as needed, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge. Requirements – Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar position

- Proficient in ERP Solutions and Great Plains (GPAC)

- Strong understanding of Accounting Functions, Finance, Treasury Activities, and Commissions Accounting

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output

- Demonstrated understanding of financial trends and general market patterns

- Familiarity with financial modeling tools and techniques

- Willingness to continue professional development and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
