Our client in the real estate space is seeking a Freelance Video Editor to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing compelling and innovative video content that is in line with brand guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities:

+ Manipulating and editing video pieces in a way that is seamless to the viewer.

+ Implementing creative decisions based on storyboards and scripts to engage with our target audience.

+ Revamping raw video footage and adding sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects as needed.

+ Maintaining consistency and relevancy to the source material and production goals.

+ Collaborating closely with the marketing team to deliver video content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

+ Ensuring completed projects are organized and meet specifications for various platforms (social media, website, etc.)

+ Managing and overseeing all technical aspects of video editing, including troubleshooting any issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Proven experience as a Video Editor in a corporate, digital, or post-production environment.

+ Expertise in video editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut)

+ Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.

+ Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality execution.

+ Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus but not required.
