We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative leader to spearhead our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and GEHC Segments. This pivotal role, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, will drive the strategic direction, innovation, and operational effectiveness of our talent acquisition function globally. In partnership with internal colleagues, you will evolve our talent demand forecast, attraction, engagement, and hiring strategy, to expand GE HealthCare’s best-in-class, diverse workforce.

The future incumbent is a trusted global talent acquisition partner to the business and will manage the strategic TA partnership between our Global Strategic Business Unit Leaders and Senior HR Leaders to deliver the best proactive strategy for current and future hiring requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver against an established global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

+ Establish global standards to streamline recruitment processes that will enhance the candidate experience, driving innovation in sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies.

+ Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals across different regions responsible for the design, activation, and sustainment of GE HealthCare’s employee value proposition, TA data, analytics and insights strategy, and tools and technology landscape while delivering an inclusive hiring experience for all.

+ Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across GE HealthCare Global Segments, including Imaging, Ultrasound, Patient Care Solutions, and Patient Diagnostics to understand talent needs and guide workforce planning priorities. Evolve our hiring strategy, in line with talent demands, through deep collaboration with regional TA teams, on time and within budget.

+ Design and implement our metrics and analytics strategy, in partnership with our People Analytics team, to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

+ Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring alignment and integrated talent strategies.

+ Ensure compliance with global hiring laws and regulations.

+ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across the global TA team through a servant leadership mindset that focuses on winning together and having fun!

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field

+ Minimum, 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition with proven experience leading a global talent acquisition function or Center of Excellence.

+ Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.

+ Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams, proven through data.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven approaches and structured project management techniques and practices.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

+ Strong desire and ability to work both strategically and hands-on
