Senior Sales Process Specialist

Job Description

+ This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in the Northbrook office.

+ Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities.

+ Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.

+ Ensures that the follow-up with customer is scheduled and supports turning quotes into orders.

+ Supports our sales professionals by performing (included but not limited to) admin-related tasks and collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries.

+ Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate.

+ Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable.

+ Builds an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engages other teams to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve the customer experience.

+ Meets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.

+ High School diploma

+ Working experience in sales-related roles, preferably sales support and/or sales processes support.

+ Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Salesforce or other CRM software.

+ Pro-active approach and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

+ Good sales and interpersonal skills and ability to find alternative solutions.

+ A strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
