Seeking a dedicated Reliability Technician with a 2 or 4-year degree in electronics or a related field. This role focuses entirely on setting up and conducting long-term reliability tests, aimed at running tests until failure, which could span from 2 to 10 months. The ideal candidate should be eager to engage in hands-on work and possess strong abilities in data analysis, critical thinking, and making recommendations based on data observations.

Hard Skills

+ Electronics test and validation experience

+ Data collection and Analysis

+ Proficiency with test equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes

Soft Skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Technical aptitude

+ Strong written and oral communication skills

+ Ability to connect the dots and make intelligent observations

Work Environment

The work environment features a very clean, temperature-controlled setting. Initial training hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, after which there is flexibility to start as early as 5:00 am.
