Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is developing patient-and provider-centric solutions rapidly and securely. We use the value of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to our customers as we work across patient, provider, payor, public, population health and life sciences industries. At OHAI, you will work with authorities across industries and have access to the latest technology. We apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, learning networks, and other data intelligence and analytics in an applied way, embedded into our solutions.

We are specifically looking for a Principal Technical Project Manager to join the Oracle Health Hosting Federal Project Operations team.

You will manage the development and implementation of projects related to company software and infrastructure involving departmental or cross-functional teams passionate about delivering new or existing products. Plan and direct project schedules to meet aggressive deadlines. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Provide leadership and expertise in implementing new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the groundbreaking of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.

Responsibilities

- Drive projects/programs, processes, and procedures that monitor and support the customer’s business objectives.

- Influence partner teams without direct authority to ensure business needs and goals are met.

- Lead projects involving cross-functional teams implementing interrelated and independent applications, hardware, and software implementations and report on program achievements.

- Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience.

- Lead customer-facing meetings and initiatives with the ability to create professional documentation.

- Recommend process improvements and serve as a partner concern point for all issues and questions associated with a project/program.

- Manage technical and non-technical resource requirements needed to support a particular project/program are in place.

- Provide ongoing written and verbal status updates to senior leadership.

- The ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance necessary for this role, which requires you to be a US citizen

- Five or more years of project/program management, product design, or related experience needed

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred

- High degree of organization and ability to lead multiple, contending priorities

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations to ensure products and services meet our high operational excellence standards.

- Judgment, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

- You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically

- You are a self-starter and comfortable operating at a fast pace with minimal direction

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, meaning you can accurately articulate project/program status and risks to an Executive audience.

- You can own and lead multiple projects/programs simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity.

- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills using data

- Experience with Cloud Technologies

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
