Job Description

The CFO Rotational Program is an immersive rotational experience that provides an opportunity to learn various areas of Conagra’s Finance and/or Global Business & Information Services organization. Throughout the program you will complete three, one-year rotations in different areas of the CFO organization designed to provide a variety of experience in both technical and business processes. Throughout your experience you will be integrated in different projects, participate in multiple networking events & conferences, connect with Conagra’s leadership team, and build relationships across the company. You will also be assigned a dedicated mentor to help navigate your career journey. The experience will help you gain holistic knowledge to carry forward into your role placement at the end of the three-year program.

Rotational Program participants will have the option to explore roles in Finance, Global Business Services, and Information Technology. Rotation placement will be based on candidates` interests, desired skill sets, and business needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

- Previous intern experience

- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future and must be authorized to work in the United States

- Proficiency in various MS Office, financial, and web-based applications and tools.

- Initiative, ability and desire to be part of a high impact culture with the capability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment.

- Detail oriented with intellectual curiosity and the capacity to apply critical thinking

- Self-starter with ability to work independently

- Ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers peers and effectively manages those relationships.

- Ability to effectively work across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve and challenges.
