Job Description:

+ Design and carry out market or product research plans to effectively assess market status and trends or product characteristics as deemed necessary by the goals of the research.

+ Conduct assigned research or experiments using appropriate software, equipment, techniques, tools, and protocols agreed upon with supervisor with moderate supervision and demonstrates ability to independently plan and carry out daily work.

+ Independently plan schedule of research according to company’s timetable and establish daily or weekly routines necessary to meet project timetable.

+ Records experimental data according to established procedures, makes calculations, evaluates results, makes recommendations, and maintains accurate records of work.

+ Regularly applies scientific theory to reach conclusions based upon data analysis.

+ Prepare standard research reports and memos.

+ Participate in literature reviews, attend team meetings, and contribute to the overall research objectives of product management.

+ Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and meetings to ideate, develop, and refine innovative healthcare solutions.

+ Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to understand the lifecycle of product development from concept to market.

+ Conduct research and analysis on current trends in healthcare technology and contribute to the development of white papers or reports on potential innovation opportunities.

+ Perform other duties as responsibilities necessitate.

Job Requirements:

+ Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level educational program studying microbiology, biology or related degree.

+ Great team player, working and communicating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

+ Eager to learn attitude.

+ Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Good organizational/time management skills. Ability to prioritize.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$20.50 – $27.50 per hour
