Purpose of Role

As the IT Operations Lead for Corporate and DH, you will lead the transformative approach for delivery in IT services across corporate and warehouse environments. Your role will also be key in orchestrating a seamless partnership with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure top-tier delivery of essential IT tasks. You will be at the forefront of aligning cutting-edge IT services with evolving business needs, forging dynamic partnerships across the globe with technology teams and key stakeholders.

Your oversight of high-impact projects for the management of IT assets, from procurement to lifecycle processes, will be instrumental in optimizing our technological ecosystem. This role allows you to bring together operational excellence and visionary leadership while ensuring that our IT operations support business objectives in ways that promote innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Your Impact

+ Manage MSP relationship: Oversee the Managed Service Provider, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and SLOs. Drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency, fostering a partnership that evolves with business needs.

+ Lead stakeholder engagement: Communicate effectively with business partners across corporate and warehouse sectors. Facilitate understanding of IT capabilities, gather requirements, and ensure IT strategies align closely with overarching business objectives.

+ Strategically manage IT support services: Focus on scalability and efficiency of IT operations. Integrate new technologies to enhance service delivery, anticipate future needs, and maintain a robust, forward-thinking IT infrastructure.

+ Oversee IT asset and printing infrastructure management: Direct client hardware/software procurement, user licensing strategies, mobility services and IT asset lifecycle processes. Ensure robust, scalable, and efficient printing services in both corporate and warehouse settings.

+ Drive strategic projects: Lead high-impact initiatives that significantly enhance business operations and IT service delivery. Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals to create sustainable improvements across the IT landscape.

+ Implement process improvements and automation: Champion the use of AI and automation technologies to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall efficiency of IT services.

+ Ensure compliance and cost optimization: Maintain rigorous compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Simultaneously, identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across IT operations without compromising on service quality or security.

+ Act as senior point of contact: Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues. Utilize deep technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts, address high-priority concerns, and maintain smooth IT operations across the organization.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience OR typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree

+ Minimum of 8 years in IT operations management, with substantial experience managing service delivery through external vendors/MSPs.

+ Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and strategic IT planning in a complex organizational environment.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of persuading and influencing at various organizational levels.

+ Deep understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks.

+ Expertise in managing endpoints (PCs and mobile devices) and printing infrastructure in both corporate and warehouse settings.

+ Advanced skills in process improvements and automation, with a proven track record of implementing such initiatives to streamline IT operations.

+ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, enterprise hardware and software ecosystems, and modern device management technologies.

+ Proficiency in vendor management, with a track record of fostering robust external partnerships.

+ Project management skills, with a capability to lead strategic initiatives within IT operations.

+ Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or vendor-specific accreditations are highly desirable.

Base Compensation

$121,520.00 – $167,091.10 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
