Job Description
Description:
-The customer representative is responsible for working on cases
-Heavy email communication with insurance brokers
-Communicate with the brokers of clients and set up open enrollment profile for them
-Assist in the open enrollment project management
-Communicate well on email and think outside the box and critical thinking
-Showing step by step and all loaded on SharePoint drive
-Excel and reporting
-Creating an email and navigating outlook
-Utilize various case management systems
Hours:
Training: Onsite 5 days/week Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday (2 15 minute breaks each day, 1 30 minute lunch) After training, the candidates will be hybrid – If office 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday required in office, flexible to the 3rd day in office) and work from home 2 days per/weekSkills & Qualifications:
Must have skills: -Customer service and office experience -Experience with Case management -Strong email communication, strong grammar and punctuation -Experience working with computers and software’s (excel, SharePoint, outlook) -Technical savviness -HS diplomaSoft skills:
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience managing and organizing a volume of cases
-Tech savvy
