-The customer representative is responsible for working on cases -Heavy email communication with insurance brokers -Communicate with the brokers of clients and set up open enrollment profile for them -Assist in the open enrollment project management -Communicate well on email and think outside the box and critical thinking -Showing step by step and all loaded on SharePoint drive -Excel and reporting -Creating an email and navigating outlook -Utilize varoius case management systems
