You Are: A Strategy practitioner with experience in the Life Sciences industry and top-flight leadership and management skills. Your expertise advising clients in the Life Sciences with a focus on commercialization and developing data-driven strategies to optimize their business operations, advise on markets to compete in, launch new products, or transform their commercial model so they can outperform their goals. As a manager, you are experienced in building and bringing out the best in teams. You are both creative and analytical in solving complex problems for clients. You have strong communication and people skills, along with a strong desire to work in highly collaborative and cross functional environment. The Work:

+ Run delivery of projects to understand clients’ position in the Life Sciences industry to find clients’ business options in the context of global, economic, technology, and social trends.

+ Lead the development and execution of strategic commercial model transformation initiatives for life sciences clients.

+ Conduct commercial model and functional assessments, identifying areas for improvement and innovation in areas across field, marketing, omnichannel, and market access domains.

+ Lead and manage the strategy development and execution of commercial model optimization initiatives for life sciences clients.

+ Work on product specific commercialization strategies including sizing markets for new product innovations, developing lifecycle plans, and shaping development programs for commercial success.

+ Develop product launch and growth strategies with clients across therapeutic areas and domains.

+ Lead project delivery to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, monitoring and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps.

+ Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes

+ Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.

+ Fortify Accenture’s Strategy practice and role as a thought leader by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external.

+ Mentor junior members of the Strategy team and groom them for more responsibility.

Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum of 3 years of Life Sciences commercialization experience, either in industry or through business consulting.

+ Minimum of 3 years consulting experience at a strategy consulting firm or equivalent internal consulting experience.

+ Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus Points if:

+ M.S. or PhD. in a scientific field or MBA Degree

+ Deep pharmaceutical R&D experience in a specific domain, for example in Discovery, Translational Medicine, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or Pharmacovigilance

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
