Job Description
Our client, a non-profit organization located in Rosemont, IL is looking for an HRIS Coordinator to assist them while teammates are on medical leave. The ideal candidate has worked within ADP Workforce Now, strong recruitment, and project management skills. This is a contract position offering a hybrid work schedule with the hours of 9-5pm Monday-Friday.Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain the ADP Workforce Now system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Update employee records, job titles, salary information, and other HR-related data.
• Generate and analyze reports from ADP Workforce Now to support HR decision-making.
• Provide data and analytics to support HR initiatives and projects.
• Provide support to employees and managers regarding system usage and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
