Job Objective:
The Business Clerk provides clerical support to the Business Department, ensuring that Salvation Army policy and applicable laws are adhered to.
Essential Functions:

Finance:
1. Prepare weekly gratuities.
2. Update and maintain shipping memo and bale logs.
3. Prepare letters for unclaimed property and tracking spreadsheet.
4. Communicate with DHQ and Corps on voucher verification and billing.
5. Maintain WEX and iPass inventory and access.
6. Track and update license plate and registration renewals.
7. Communicate with cities and municipalities on any licenses needed.
8. Prepare supplies for stores and warehouse.
9. Keep inventory of supplies.
10. Maintain contact list for Center.
11. Maintain technology and telecoms inventory.
12. Prepare booklets and copies as needed by departments.
13. Prepare flyers and other marketing assets as needed by stores.
14. Create employee IDs as needed.
15. Process incoming and outgoing mail.
16. File and distribute inter-office mail. (store batches, invoices, etc.)
17. Meetings and room scheduling.
18. Contact vendors to provide or obtain any necessary information.
