This position also manages our top volume customers. This Supervisor is accountable for fostering positive customer relationships, driving continuous improvement initiatives, training & developing customer service representatives in order to meet customer needs.
This person must develop and guide a professional team to be highly responsive to customer requests, continually seek creative ways to exceed customer expectations, communicate timely and effectively to both internal and external customers.

Manage daily customer interactions and sales orders for our highest volume customers.
Instill a culture of excellent customer service and change readiness among team and throughout plant.
Direct customer service representatives to timely and accurately convey customer requirements and challenges.
Establish robust and repeatable procedures to onboard new customers and products efficiently.
Regularly follow-up with team to determine work status, priorities and potential problems.
- Manage, train, and develop team to ensure proper skill levels.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards, including TC Transcontinental’s Code of Conduct and Values.

- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Computer skills including basic statistics
- High Level of Microsoft Office capability including Pivot Table competency
- Understanding of working with data bases
