The Spa Service Coordinator is essential to maintaining the highest level of customer service that American Sales has strived to be known for.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer the phone with proper etiquette and handle the entire call with a positive attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Maps and a solid grasp of directions serve as valuable tools for designing efficient service routes for our technicians.
- Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate systems like Titan AS400
- Adapt to changing business demands by Multi-Tasking and Pivoting from one task to another.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Some experience in the repair service industry is a plus , For example an order writer at the mechanics
- Ensure order accuracy and attention to detail
- Origination and information recall are essential to being successful in this role
- Extending help the entire department when needed ( this also helps develop new skills for career movement)
Physical Demands:
- Regularly talk and hear while performing job duties.
- Actively stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.
- Frequently lift and move items (sometimes over 50 pounds).
- Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate pool and spa equipment and read technical information.
- Potential exposure to safety and health hazards related to pool and spa operation and chemicals.
Expected Working Hours:
- Monday through Friday 7:30-4pm
- Off 6 Holidays / options to work may be given with incentives or the ability to float holiday
Travel:
- Occasional travel between stores, the Corporate Office, and customer locations.
