Requirements: Qualified candidates must have knowledge and experience in both hardware and software computer repair with networking skills. Must possess one or more of the following certifications in:
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of DNS
- Knowledge of VPN
- Familiarity with cloud-based services
- Network+
- Microsoft (MCP) up to (MCSA), (MCSE)
- Security +
- VMware Certifications
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to reliable transportation
- Two years college is preferred but not required majoring in Computer Sciences, Networking, Programming Information Systems or Computer Repair.
