Position SummaryThe Lockbox Supervisor is responsible for managing the staff and functions needed to complete daily productivity goals and accurate processing of all lockbox payments received.

The Lockbox Supervisor is responsible for managing the staff and functions needed to complete daily productivity goals and accurate processing of all lockbox payments received.
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Lockbox processing and item capture operations
Ability to:
Work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are critical
Develop and maintain solid working relationships with both internal and external partners.
Forward thinking and proactive to eliminate any potential client impacts
Staff development and coaching to maximize performance
Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent
Five or more years of lockbox or item capture operations experience; Three of more years of people management experience
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
