Job Description
Position Highlights:
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Hours: 36 hours
Nights 7 pm - 7:30 am, every 3rd weekend on 6 week scheduling grid, up to 3 holidays a year
A Brief Overview:
The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
What you will need:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
2 years of Labor and delivery experience required
