About you
The Junior Lease Analyst is responsible for supporting the Lease Administration platform in all aspects of the lease administration job function.

In this role, you will...
Under supervision of a Lease Administration team member (Lease Analyst, Sr. Lease Analyst and/or Director), coordinate abstraction process for lease agreements/documentation into Lease Administration database (training provided as needed).
Process client billing of abstraction projects.
Approve 3rd party invoices for abstraction projects.
Perform final QC on completed abstractions.
Support transition manager with new client onboarding.
Other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring...
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
Working experience with commercial real estate database applications such as ProLease, Harbor Flex or CoStar and accounting software such as MRI or Yardi or other lease management database systems helpful.
Prefer qualified candidates to have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or paralegal, accounting or property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord or Tenant sector.
Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
Strong analytical, technology/database skills with the ability to multi-task.
Competent in Excel (Microsoft Office) and Outlook
Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $51,741 to $69,445Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.BenefitsEmployees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
