Senior Finance Manager, Global Financial Reporting at a Glance....
This is a Global role where the Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role for managing KHC's internal reporting tool (SST), assisting the monthly close process and leading financial restatements. The Senior Manager is expected to lead the variance analysis discussions, propose/recommend solutions, support global Controllership projects, and partner with internal control leads, auditors, business, and IT functions. The position offers significant exposure to the P&L and related key financial systems (SAP, Oracle, and Hyperion) with the opportunity to support the finance management team within BU's and Corporate FP&A/Controllers group.

What's on the menu?
Lead and mentor team of 3 direct reports
Lead and manage timely month-end close reconciliation of internal financial reporting system (SST) to external reporting system (HFM) for North America and International closes
Partner with FP&A, Controllership, and IT teams in identifying and resolving variances between Financial Reporting systems
Develop effective monthly financial statement analytic procedures to identify errors and anomalies and provide meaningful explanations for month over month and year-to-date variances
Lead and execute financial restatements
Collaborate with key stakeholders and technical teams on allocation logic enhancements and changes through governance, build, design, test, and deployment
Lead implementation and execution of Global Controllership projects
Participate in Data Governance Council meetings - where data changes to Financial Reporting Systems are presented and approved
Support all financial related audits including compliance, internal, external and SOX
Opportunities for ad hoc special projects related to financial reporting or new/developing accounting topics, M&A activity, and accounting system updates as required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to effectively lead, manage and prioritize multiple projects, while effectively operating in a fast-paced complex global organization
Greater time commitment during month end close
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills
Excellent analytical, teamwork, customer service and leadership skills
Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management a plus
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills desired
Comfortable working with large data sets
Understanding of fundamental Accounting principles, ability to read Company P&L and financial metrics (i.e. Net Sales, Gross Sales, EBITDA, COGS , etc... ) requiredLocation(s)Chicago/Aon Center
