About the Opportunity:

Reporting to our Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and working as part of a newly formed team to drive commercial excellence, our Sr. Customer Intelligence Analyst will have a direct impact on maximization of sales effectiveness and ability to drive profitable sales velocity in the US and globally.

*This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid

What our Sr. Analyst, Global Customer Intelligence will be responsible for (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Assist in building informed quotas by providing growth opportunities per region and managing territory alignment.
  • Develop customer addressable market by segment, analyzing annual addressable market vs. obtainable market annually, and building dashboards to understand market penetration and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop dynamic reporting to ensure alignment of Sales and facilitate informed decision making for our field sellers.
  • Monitoring the Strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer intelligence, providing guidance to key stakeholders and working cross-functionally with partners.
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for in our Customer Intelligence Analyst (QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or other related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience driving customer intelligence initiatives, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and relevant programming languages (e.g. SQL) required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large databases
  • Proven data mining capability with a vision for how AI & ML can be leveraged
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Developed presentation skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Results orientation with a sense of urgency and deep curiosity to diagnose problems and find solutions
  • Strong external and customer focus and approaches business situations with an outside-in perspective
  • Strong focus on detail and quality of deliverables
  • Highest ethical standards and ability to safeguard confidential information
  • Highly collaborative, able to work well in teams with an ability to bring the team along to explore new ideas and approaches
