Job Description
Build and lead the Digital Channel team in defining the architecture roadmap and strategy, and executing the technical vision for our Customer-Facing applications. Provide direction on architecture approach, application implementation guidance, and design decisions to be flexible to accommodate current business needs and future changing requirements, ensuring minimal complexity with code and design. Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data and Analytics, Cloud Ops, and Security, to align technology strategies with product roadmaps. It involves defining platform architecture and SDK enhancements, setting technical requirements, setting quality and scalability metrics, guiding decisions on architecture, system design, and technical strategy, including cloud platform services, and assuring the technology stack supports the product objectives. Develop budgets for implementing new technology and solutions and shape and align the technical strategy with the business goals in partnership with key executives and product management stakeholders. Lead technical decision-making and provide leadership oversight to the Tech Leads and development squads. Recognize the developmental requirements of your team members and create thoughtful suggestions to meet those needs. Serve as a mentor to team members during projects, offering on-the-job training. Participate in technical release preparation and planning. Facilitate the hiring and professional development of engineers in partnership with the Delivery Office.
