Job Description

Premier property management company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Evanston office. The Administrative Assistant is part of a team that works together on tasks such as lease administration, rental application processing, and handling inquiries regarding available rentals. You would also be supporting maintenance requests, assisting with resident portals, ordering and managing supplies, mailings to residents and vendors, filing, and other administrative tasks. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.

Requirements:
-Previous office or administrative support experience within a corporate environment, preferably within property management or facilities management
-Strong organization and communication
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
