What You Will Do
Responsible for the oversight of small, medium and/or large single on site customer contract operations on a day to day basis.
Process complexity: Physical / Chemical Wastewater Treatment Systems processing Inorganic or Organic wastewater. Multi treatment. Responsible to ensure that assigned O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance and profitability requirements.
Plan, develop and implement strategies for site program management that meet the agreed contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.
Manages 2-5 direct reports with operational budget of up to 2 million dollars
Coordination, installation, and implementation of digital equipment: probes, meters, and associated data monitoring and control equipment.
Implement detailed project management program to track Site progress on contract requirements and program implementation.

Minimum Requirements
3 years of experience at managing/supervising employees.
3 years of experience in an industrial plant setting
Experience in managing sites operations
High school diploma or GED
Experience with computer based controls for industrial applications & equipment

Preferred Requirements
Associates degree
5 years of experience in an industrial plant setting

Physical Demands:
Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, climbing vertical ladders
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather, including potential uneven ground, or on wet, or snow / ice covered ground.
May work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty conditions

Independence Level / Reports to
Moderate to high Independence - accountable for meeting annual objectives of contract.
Budget responsibility.
Prepares internal and external reports.
Primary customer contact.
