Schedule/Location: This position offers a hybrid work schedule where some of your work week will be onsite at our modern and amenities driven Lake Forest office location and the rest will be spent working remotely.
As a Wire Representative, you will be responsible for accurately processing wire requests, verifying and validating information received, and ensuring risk mitigation when completing wire transfers. You will provide support and answer any questions our front-line team may have regarding wire processing to assist internal business partners and members.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Support front line staff regarding wire inquiries and requests. Provide front line staff and members with answers related to accounts, policies, services, and products.
Work cooperatively with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues, inquiries, and requests.
Understand rules and regulations governing domestic and international wires and EFT transfers to ensure compliance.
Process and monitor incoming/outgoing domestic and international wires. Follow up on wire rejects and wire traces to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies such as OFAC and BSA.
Resolve operational, technical, and department issues encountered in the administration of all wire requests.
Ensure online wire requests are submitted in a timely manner. Act as an administrator for the online exchange system.
Responsible for the wire procedures and processing daily, weekly, and monthly wire reporting.
Review Mobile check deposits to thoroughly identify any inconsistency that would deem the check from being processed and/or fraudulent. Ensure all mobile deposits are processed timely, prior to cut-off.
Assist with electronic transfers from internal departments through various payment channels.
Inform management of member problems and concerns with outside agencies, and workflow backlog.
Identify and provide recommendations to continuously streamline and improve processes and the work environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum
1+ years' experience in Administrative Wire, Federal Regulations or Related - Minimum
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Time management and organizational skills - must have the ability and drive to meet deadlines
High attention to detail - you must be a person that pays close attention to numbers and can identify errors in data!
Positive attitude, helpful, and team-oriented focused
Ability to work Monday through Friday: 8AM - 5PM
