Job Description:

The Benefits and Well-being Manager supports Crowe's US and global workforce by driving health and wellness programs such as Benefits and Well-being strategy, Open Enrollment, and benefits administration and compliance. Working across Talent Solutions and Crowe, you will support development of new or enhanced benefit programs to help our employees thrive mentally, physically, and financially. You will partner with vendors and team members to support overall plan performance and compliance with firm policies, plan documents, and federal, state, and local regulations.

Typical Responsibilities:
Lead Open Enrollment process including developing timeline, include review and management of communications materials, coordination of Workday updates including premium breakdowns and imputed income.
Administer employee benefit plans including processing of mid-year changes, assisting with health claims, addressing employee inquiries, supporting life insurance evidence of insurability, and resolving discrepancy issues.
Collaborates across Talent Solutions to identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and an improved employee experience.
Regularly review market intelligence data and employee feedback to recommend and participate in the development of new or enhanced benefit and well-being programs and initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants and vendors and contribute to annual renewal process.
Maintain and grow strong knowledge of benefits related compliance areas and perform needed activities associated to comply with and plan for federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide claims support assistance, as needed, by working with insurance companies and employees.
Collaborate with the carriers and vendors on enrollment files and provide customer service and technical support where needed.
Serve as the Point of contact for all Worker's Compensation incidents. Coordinate and file Worker's Compensation claims and complete compliance reporting as required/requested.
Manage COBRA enrollment including working with Talent Risk & Relations on benefits subsidies and communication with vendor.
Use Workday to process benefit actions, manage enrollment, enter vendor invoices, medical child support orders (QMCSO), report on and analyze trends, and other activities.
Manage and process employee retiree and Partner benefits.
Partner with communications, marketing, and payroll to develop or review content for new programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Degree preferred or equivalent progressive related experience in HR.
PHR, SPHR, or CEBS or CBS preferred.
Proven project management skills.
Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word.
Experience in Workday preferred.
Strong organizational skills to lead and /or manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and effectively adapt to change.
