Job Description
The Workday HR Technology Expert will be a key contributor on the HR Technology team to provide solutions to the most complex and challenging business problems presented by our global business. Working on an on-call basis, the Workday HR Technology Expert will partner with key stakeholders including the Head of Global HR Operations to understand key challenges and to develop and implement solutions to keep the overall initiative on track.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations for improvement of current configuration and solutions in Workday
- Conduct detail analysis of complex business requirements. Provide options and recommendations for solutions
- Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance at a technical level for Global and Regional HR Technology leaders and product owners
- Build, test and deploy solutions of a complex nature via Workday
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 10+ years' experience in HR technology Industry, with minimum 5 years designing and delivering solutions in Workday in a global, matrix environment
- Deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem
- Functional and Technical expertise designing and delivering complex solutions in Workday
- Deep subject matter expertise in multiple areas of the Workday product, including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Security, and Integrations
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
