Job Description
Essential Functions
- Plans, organizes, implements, and directs regional security programs to ensure the safety and security of employees and property.
- Oversees cost management, security planning, adoption of best practices, and crisis management in the region.
- Administers a multi-million-dollar annual operating budget and ensure adherence to security-related policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Significant related experience in law enforcement or corporate security, with demonstrably successful management experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and anti-corruption acts is essential.
Possess strong management, communication, and human relations skills and be proficient in computer skills.
