We are on the hunt for a Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing product strategies and will be actively involved in working closely with internal teams and clients. This role is set in the IT industry with a focus on product management.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the management of various projects in line with our product strategy and roadmap.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create user stories, steer product definition, and conduct user testing.

- Develop and document technical requirements and specifications.

- Conduct training sessions for clients on new products.

- Align the product roadmap with company objectives and participate in efforts to prioritize features for maximum product impact.

- Work closely with our Decision Sciences team to identify new patterns to enhance our machine learning models.

- Coordinate with various teams to launch products and features, guiding both internal teams and customers through product launch.

- Perform research and competitive intelligence to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to develop effective distribution strategies.

- Explore areas for potential new revenue streams.

- Prioritize backlog of requests and suggestions, ensuring effective and timely handling.

- Ensure proper internal and external product documentation.

- Track key product metrics and create internal measurement dashboards.

Requirements – Proven experience in Product Management for at least three years or more.

- Significant knowledge and application of Agile Product Management methodologies.

- Demonstrable understanding of Product Life Cycle and Product Lifecycle Management.

- Strong experience in managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer needs and business value.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and influence stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

- Proficiency in using product management tools and software.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
