The Caterpillar Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) is hiring a Marketing Communications Consultant to support the development and execution of regional marketing plans, while collaborating across business units, and demonstrating strong project management skills.
Role Summary:
Expertise in developing the strategy and implementation of channel optimization & activation, digital marketing, campaign management, and creative development.
What You’ll Do:
+ Analyze the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing strategies.
+ Establish metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
+ Maintain effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.
+ Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing tactics, omni-channel strategy, lead generation, sales conversion, branding, and marketing analytics.
+ Support customer-centric marcom initiatives related to maintenance, repair, and rebuild, particularly in hydraulics aftermarket options.
What You’ll Have:
+ Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
+ Strong relationship management skills; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
+ Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
